Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- strong communication skills
- ability to use telephone systems effectively
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm
- ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests
- determine the purpose of each visitor and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
- answer, screen, and direct phone calls or take messages
- provide information and assistance to all visitors
- maintain a welcoming and professional reception area
- handle incoming and outgoing mail as needed
- support administrative tasks as required
