Job Requirements

Job Duties
- deliver high-quality customer service with warmth and professionalism
- answer and transfer calls, take detailed messages, and ensure prompt communication
- distribute resident and office mail, acting as a key link in the information chain
- fax, photocopy, and assist with file maintenance, becoming a pivotal support resource
- maintain front desk and lobby areas, reflecting commitment to cleanliness and comfort
- work closely with other departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment
