Job Duties
- Receive visitors at the front desk
- Greet, welcome, direct, and announce them
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive and sort daily mail
- Address and escalate customer complaints
- Provide information about facilities, programs and other services
- Access and respond to e-mails
- Scan and maintain documents
- Perform electronic data entry
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence and maintain data and correspondence
- Prepare materials, agenda, notes, and handouts
- Perform other duties as required
