Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Dependability and punctuality
- Basic computer proficiency

- Effective communication skills verbally and in writing
- Professional and business-like appearance
- Ability to handle confidential matters and materials
- Dependable and competent
- Experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Basic clerical and computer skills
- Ability to interact well with seniors and visitors
Job Duties
- Serve as facility front office receptionist
- Greet visitors, vendors, as well as interact with residents
- Answer telephones and forward all calls to the appropriate department
- Promote favorable public relations by exhibiting courteous and helpful behavior
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, copying and typing correspondence
- Monitor and respond to Radio Alert System and Fire Panel as needed
- Perform related tasks as required
