Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work every other weekend from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Strong interpersonal skills
Competency in telephone operation and general office equipment

Job Qualifications

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
Professional and business-like appearance
Customer service experience preferred
Basic clerical and data entry skills

Job Duties

Serve as facility front office receptionist
Greet visitors, vendors, and interact with residents
Answer telephones and forward calls to appropriate departments
Promote favorable public relations by exhibiting courteous and helpful behavior
Perform clerical duties including data entry, copying, and typing correspondence
Monitor and respond to Radio Alert System and Fire Panel as needed
Perform related tasks as required
