Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • basic proficiency with computers
  • good communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • dependable and professional work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, reception, or office admin
  • strong communication and multitasking skills
  • familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
  • experience with QuickBooks or scheduling software is a plus
  • positive, professional, and dependable attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet walk-in customers with a warm, professional attitude
  • answer incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly
  • schedule on-site and in-store service appointments
  • process payments, invoices, and receipts through QuickBooks and our POS system
  • maintain accurate customer records and service tickets
  • support technicians by managing workflow and job tracking
  • keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
