- prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- basic accounting skills
- ability to handle cash accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Answer dealership group phones
- greet and receive prospects and customers
- communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- cashiering for service and parts departments
- cash handling
- basic accounting skills
- balancing out cash drawer
- other duties as assigned
