Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant reception or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional first impressions
  • Manage communications including phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms
  • Support the sales process including overseeing sales rotation and updating relevant systems
  • Assist with customer intake and direct them using CRM software
  • Provide measure support by sending notifications and verifying information
  • Process customer payments and notify sales team members
  • Assist with sales and inventory reporting
  • Maintain reception area organization and supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry and document management
  • Assist with customer feedback collection and review reminders
