Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last four (4) years
  • Must pass a background screening
  • Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries, a plus

Job Duties

  • Work as the face of the community by providing a welcoming and informative experience for residents, their families, and the public
  • Operate telephones to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
  • Greet visitors entering establishment and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Perform word processing duties as assigned
  • Assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchair
  • Report any issues or problems that may arise to the Executive Director
  • Comply with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards
  • Assist families and other visitors as needed
  • Promote and exemplify the Priority Life Care mission and values at all times
