Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred
  • ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • experience with Microsoft Office
  • ability to walk continuously, bend frequently, and sit occasionally
  • ability to operate computer systems and phone systems
  • must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments within the organization
  • receive, sort, and distribute US mail and packages to residents and staff
  • copy documents for department heads
  • type documents or special projects for directors and administrator
  • answer and transfer incoming phone calls
  • prepare doctor appointment reminders as needed
  • call and verify doctor appointments as needed
  • perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • attend and participate in staff meetings, projects, special events, committees, and mandatory training as appropriate
  • complete competency evaluations for training as required by the state or as assigned by immediate supervisor, HR director, or executive director
  • maintain safety and health rules by participating in training and implementing protocols related to OSHA and CDC regulations and Cardinal Senior Management standards as required
