Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last four years
  • Ability to pass a background screening
  • Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries is preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide a welcoming and informative experience for residents, families, and the public
  • Operate telephones to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information and take messages
  • Greet visitors entering the establishment and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Perform word processing duties as assigned
  • Assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs
  • Report any issues or problems to the Executive Director
  • Comply with state, federal, and other applicable health care and safety standards
  • Assist families and visitors as needed
  • Promote and exemplify the Priority Life Care mission and values at all times
