Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last four years
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries is preferred

Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming and informative experience for residents, families, and the public
- Operate telephones to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information and take messages
- Greet visitors entering the establishment and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Perform word processing duties as assigned
- Assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs
- Report any issues or problems to the Executive Director
- Comply with state, federal, and other applicable health care and safety standards
- Assist families and visitors as needed
- Promote and exemplify the Priority Life Care mission and values at all times
