Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or competency test with 3 letters of recommendation
- To complete and maintain both CPR certification and the Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behavior training
- To maintain a valid Texas State Driver's License
- To have current automobile insurance and the ability to travel

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Sustain a calm demeanor when under pressure to handle sometimes difficult situations
- Provide exemplary customer service and care to individuals with their best interests at heart
- Complete and maintain both CPR certification and Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behavior training
Job Duties
- Maintain a physical presence at reception and provide customer service for all incoming individuals and phone traffic for the office
- Maintain data in the electronic medical records and initiate appropriate consumer paperwork
- Route incoming and outgoing correspondence and perform daily data entry
- Set up teleconferencing meetings and manage schedules for the team
- Complete reports assigned
- Write and document articulately while using correct grammar so that documentation is clear and valuable
- Maintain compliance with all client data security control measures
- Educate and instruct individuals served
