Job Duties

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a legal environment
  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Coordinate real estate closings
  • Handle earnest money and commission payments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scan and organize Buyer/Seller identification
  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies and technology
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby
  • Perform light hospitality duties such as preparing coffee and refreshments
  • Perform other assigned duties
