Job Duties
- Perform a variety of routine security and receptionist duties and act as the facilities point of contact
- Act as a focal point for site information and site-specific activities
- Answer a multi-line phone and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
- Update phone lists with frequently called numbers and department points of contact as necessary
- Coordinate calendar and make conference room reservations, including ordering and setting up catering for meetings
- Check visually for employee identification badges for all personnel entering the facility
- Authorize access and issue appropriate badges to employees, visitors, customers, and contractors, ensuring proper escort as needed
- Answer and respond to service requests from building occupants to building engineers and follow up as needed
- Receive packages from delivery services and maintain logs, contact recipients, and monitor distribution
- Order standard office and pantry supplies as requested
- Create routine spreadsheets as requested
- Contact vendors for services such as shredding, cleaning, and repairs
- Update rent reports and floor plans utilizing Space Management software
- Travel occasionally to other local sites for training or assistance
