Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of routine security and receptionist duties and act as the facilities point of contact
  • Act as a focal point for site information and site-specific activities
  • Answer a multi-line phone and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
  • Update phone lists with frequently called numbers and department points of contact as necessary
  • Coordinate calendar and make conference room reservations, including ordering and setting up catering for meetings
  • Check visually for employee identification badges for all personnel entering the facility
  • Authorize access and issue appropriate badges to employees, visitors, customers, and contractors, ensuring proper escort as needed
  • Answer and respond to service requests from building occupants to building engineers and follow up as needed
  • Receive packages from delivery services and maintain logs, contact recipients, and monitor distribution
  • Order standard office and pantry supplies as requested
  • Create routine spreadsheets as requested
  • Contact vendors for services such as shredding, cleaning, and repairs
  • Update rent reports and floor plans utilizing Space Management software
  • Travel occasionally to other local sites for training or assistance
