Job Requirements
- Must have collision center experience
- high school diploma or GED
- previous retail and/or customer service experience
- friendly with high energy and willingness to go above and beyond
- excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- strong organization skills
- ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment

- basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers that enter our Collision Center in a professional courteous manner
- direct customers to appropriate team member to assist them
- answer all incoming calls according to company policies with exceptional telephone skills
- direct phone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary
- take written messages for occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible
- coordinate questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
- address customer concerns and escalate as needed
- help with clerical and office tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, sending bills, answering phones, ordering supplies
- maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
- answer Collision Center department telephone calls and take written messages when needed
- assist service staff in contacting customers to inform them their vehicles have been completed
- perform other duties as assigned
