Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Collision center experience preferred
- Pleasant and courteous personality
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good computer and internet skills
- Excellent customer service focus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Must have collision center experience
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Service or hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Friendly with high energy and willingness to go above and beyond
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Professional conduct
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Team player with strong commitment to customer and team members
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet customers that enter our Collision Center in a professional courteous manner
- Direct customers to the appropriate team member to assist them
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policies with exceptional telephone skills
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary
- Take written messages for occupied personnel and notify them promptly
- Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
- Address customer concerns and issues or escalate them as needed
- Help with clerical and office tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, sending bills, ordering supplies
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times
- Answer Collision Center department telephone calls and take written messages when personnel are unavailable
- Assist the service staff in contacting customers to inform them their vehicles have been completed
- Perform other duties as assigned
