Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to work a daytime shift

Job Duties

  • Assertively and cheerfully perform or ensure performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible experience for the customer
  • Acknowledge and greet each showroom visitor
  • Answer all incoming calls with a professional and friendly voice
  • Communicate with callers in an efficient manner, minimizing time they are put on hold
  • Take messages, forward calls, etc.
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general questions (address, hours, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
