Job Requirements
- Must have current Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work from 8am to 5pm
- previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- customer service orientation
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and patients upon arrival
- answer and direct incoming phone calls
- manage appointment scheduling
- provide administrative and clerical support
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- handle visitor inquiries and provide information
- ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
