Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years customer service or front desk receptionist experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative style, and positive working relationships
- Reliability and discretion
- High degree of professionalism
- Ability to interact compassionately with clients and professionally with public and stakeholders
- Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions
- Office-based position requiring extended periods of sitting
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift office supplies or packages (typically up to 15-25 pounds)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree in administration and/or certification from an accredited educational institution preferred
- One to two years customer service or front desk receptionist experience
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and diversity in the workplace
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- Proficient use of computers, internet, social media, Microsoft Office suite of programs, and multi-line phone system
- Bilingual strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Answer and direct all calls in a professional, friendly manner and take complete and accurate messages with the current date and time and deliver messages to the appropriate staff as soon as possible
- Document all incoming calls into Apricot Database
- Greet all incoming clients, vendors and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome and manage check-in process for appointments
- Ensure the reception, living area, and kitchen are consistently clean, organized, and properly stocked with all required supplies
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other correspondence
- Organize meeting rooms before and after every meeting
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the Chief Finance Officer
