Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Book and schedule veterinary appointments efficiently
- Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain and update client and patient records meticulously
- Answer and direct telephone inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist in providing information to pet owners regarding hospital services
- Support the veterinary team by managing front desk duties in a fast-paced environment
