Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience
- Prior veterinary experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday including evening shifts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interact empathetically with clients and pets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
