Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday with shifts including later hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answer telephones and respond to client inquiries promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to support hospital operations
