Job Qualifications

- previous experience in healthcare setting preferred
- must have basic computer skills
- must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

- must maintain confidentiality and be familiar with HIPAA laws
- must be able to follow policies and procedures and complete administrative tasks correctly and on time

Job Duties
- Greet all patients and visitors to CCI
- alert appropriate personnel to any visitors or patients that are in lobby
- ensure paperwork and orders are complete and accurate prior to giving to the modalities
- sign off on laboratory specimen collection records
- operate office equipment appropriately to transmit information or documents as needed
- provide relevant company information to patients such as location of departments, offices or services provided
- answer telephones
- provide patients with answers to their non-clinical questions, and direct clinical questions to appropriate staff
