Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year of receptionist or administrative experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- ability to handle confidential information
- punctual and dependable attendance
- free from alcohol and drug abuse
- basic knowledge of computer programs in a Windows environment including Word, Excel, and email
- ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of PHI
- participation in required training including New Hire Orientation, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and Mandated Reporter
- willingness to undergo background and immunization screenings

Job Duties
- Greets visitors
- answers phones
- directs callers to appropriate parties
- provides clerical support to programs and departments
- routes clients to appropriate personnel
- tracks and maintains multiple administrative logs
- manages interdepartmental communication
- tracks and receives packages
- manages parking reservations
- creates a weekly site calendar
- assists with psychiatric calls and appointments
- performs other duties and special projects as assigned
