Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming visitors: create a friendly and professional atmosphere by warmly greeting all visitors and potential clients as they enter the sales gallery
- scheduling appointments: manage and coordinate appointments for clients to view properties or meet with in-house sales agents
- managing phone calls: handle incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and take messages as necessary
- managing emails: respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed effectively
- maintaining the reception area: keep the front desk area clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall experience of visitors
- coordinating with real estate agents: communicate with real estate agents to ensure they are aware of scheduled appointments and any specific client needs
- collecting client information: maintain a database of potential clients, their contact details, preferences, and property requirements
