Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- ability to pass required background checks
- willingness to learn about cannabis industry
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work 30 to 40 hours weekly
- ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or administration
- excellent communication and multitasking skills
- ability to handle sensitive information professionally
- strong attention to detail
- familiarity with cannabis products and compliance a plus
- proficiency with computers, scheduling tools, and POS systems
- friendly and polished communication style
Job Duties
- Greet every customer warmly and manage check-ins compliantly
- assist with loyalty programs and explain promotions
- act as communication link between customers and management
- research competitor offerings and share insights
- help ensure store website and promotional materials are current
- uphold all cannabis retail regulations and maintain documentation
- support administrative tasks including inventory coordination and scheduling
