Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • professional appearance
  • proficiency with phone systems and office equipment
  • ability to multitask and be detail oriented
  • availability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers and guests in a warm, professional manner
  • answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • maintain the front desk area to be clean, organized, and welcoming
  • schedule appointments or direct customers to the appropriate department
  • handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the dealership
  • receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
  • support sales, service, and office teams with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
