Job Duties
- Answer and disseminate calls and inquiries pertaining to continuing education classes and programs
- Greet students, visitors, and guests in a professional manner always
- Distribute mail to appropriate staff/faculty on campus
- Stay abreast of the new courses and programs at the DSN campus
- Assist Program Specialist and/or Administrative Assistant in the production of computer-generated documents such as attendance rosters and final grade rosters as needed
- Maintain objectivity and confidentiality in handling departmental and institutional information, especially information relative to departmental personnel
- Process and check-in office supplies, furniture, and office equipment, that comes into the site
- Supervise the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
- Manage classroom reservations and organize all aspects for classroom meetings
- Take payments from clients for services from Spas and Clinics, and document all payments in appropriate spreadsheets
- Print and file Spas and Clinics reports as needed
- Update various spreadsheets and other general administrative duties as needed
- Must complete all mandatory work related and professional development training
- Assist in other related clerical duties as needed
