Job Duties

Greet all customers with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable demeanor
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the visit, ensuring a positive experience for the customer
Answer questions about products, services, and promotions in a clear and concise manner
Determine customer status and advise them of loyalty programs
Strictly adhere to all state and local laws and regulations regarding cannabis sales and customer eligibility verification
Report any suspicious activity or potential compliance violations immediately to management
Ensure accuracy of customer profiles
Input customer information into the point-of-sale software
