Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no experience necessary, paid training provided
- must pass criminal background check and drug test
- availability for part-time hours
- positive attitude and customer service orientation
- basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, professional and well organized
- ability to problem solve
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- English language required
- CPR certification (preferred)
- ability to work in a team environment
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greeting community visitors with excellent customer service and respect
- answering a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages
- helping sort and distribute mail and packages
- general office duties such as copying, filing, supply requisition, and other clerical skills
- assist with the preparation of community events and visitor tours
- support the management team as needed
- maintain a professional and organized reception area
