Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, professional and well organized
- Ability to problem solve
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- English language required
- CPR certification preferred
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
Job Duties
- Greeting community visitors with excellent customer service and respect
- Answering a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages
- Helping sort and distribute mail and packages
- Performing general office duties such as copying, filing, supply requisition, and other clerical skills
- Assisting with the preparation of community events and visitor tours
