Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred but not required
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • positive attitude
  • ability to work full-time
  • pass criminal background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • professional and well organized
  • ability to problem solve
  • proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • English language required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • able to pass criminal background check and drug test

Job Duties

  • Greeting community visitors with excellent customer service and respect
  • answering a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages
  • helping sort and distribute mail and packages
  • performing general office duties such as copying, filing, supply requisition, and other clerical skills
  • assisting with the preparation of community events and visitor tours
  • supporting management team as needed
  • maintaining a professional and organized front desk appearance
