Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, phone systems, and fax machines
- familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
- basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department
- answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
- manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- handle scheduling and appointment booking for staff members or meeting rooms
- assist with preparing and distributing internal and external communications
- provide information and answer inquiries related to the organization's services, policies, and procedures
