Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, applicants, and staff
- professionally answer and direct phone calls
- manage incoming inquiries
- schedule resident transportation
- provide clerical support such as filing medical records, copying admission documents, and preparing forms
- assist the Health Information Director
- support department directors with administrative tasks including correspondence, supply ordering, mail distribution, and follow-up related to residents and admissions
- respond to resident account inquiries occasionally
