Job Duties
- Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails
- Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process
- Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks
- Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties
- Greeting residents and visitors and providing the highest standard of customer service to residents and applicants
- Scheduling appointments and completing follow-up on service requests
- Filing documents, reports, and maintaining filing systems as requested
- Providing general administrative support to the office
- Completing miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned
