- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- bilingual Spanish is required

Job Duties
- Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails
- welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process
- distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks
- managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties
- greeting residents and visitors and provides the highest standard of customer service to residents and applicants
- scheduling appointments, complete follow-up on service requests
- filing documents, reports and maintain filing systems as requested
- providing general administrative support to office
- miscellaneous tasks and projects, as assigned
