Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative function
  • Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Verbal and written communication skills, both internal and external, in both English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in Office Management or Administrative function
  • Clerical background preferred
  • Insurance Office Experience preferred
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently and effectively without supervision
  • Detail-oriented, organized, objective, consistent, and analytical
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
  • Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Answer calls and greet visitors
  • Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures
  • Work with Manager and leadership on general administrative duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, customers, support staff, Agents, and other business contacts (in person, over the phone, in writing, and via email)
  • Perform customer service duties as necessary
  • Data entry
  • Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies
  • Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, phone systems, etc
  • Any other duties as assigned by Manager
