Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle basic financial transactions accurately
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to perform extended periods of sitting and computer work
- Ability to lift items up to 15 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or financial institution
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, including the ability to understand and speak fluently
Job Duties
- Greet and assist members and visitors in person and by phone
- Accurately handle basic financial transactions and member requests
- Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and branch resources
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate staff or department
