Job Duties
- Answering, screening and routing incoming calls on multiple lines
- typing letters and memos accurately with no typos
- managing incoming and outgoing mail including distribution to staff
- maintaining up-to-date member information files
- greeting new members, caregivers and other center visitors at sign in
- ensuring all employees sign in/out of the center as they arrive/depart
- preparing daily paperwork and forms including member tags, menus, employee meal signups and meeting documents
- updating and maintaining the Senior CALL system
- providing monthly information for the member newsletter
- maintaining RSVPs for scheduled events
