- Previous experience in receptionist or secretarial duties
- Proficient in word processing and office software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple telephone lines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency with standard office software including word processing and data entry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology or billing procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greets guests ascertains their needs and directs them appropriately
- Courteously answers and routes telephone calls promptly before or by the third ring
- Takes accurate messages and communicates key information effectively
- Demonstrates proficiency in word processing and formatting standard office documents
- Operates telephone console to receive place and transfer calls using proper etiquette
- Enters data accurately into computer systems maintaining confidentiality and timeliness
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management
