Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in luxury retail preferred
- Automotive experience preferred
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Friendly and inviting phone presence
- Positive attitude
- Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate
- Clearly communicates caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of mail services
- Assists with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations
- Notify customers that their vehicles are ready for pickup, cashier and close tickets
