Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- ability to perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- availability to work as needed including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to comply with COVID-19 screening protocols
- must be capable of maintaining regular attendance in accordance with facility absence policies
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English
- ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents
- must be capable of performing the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Duties
- Screening employees and visitors for potential exposure to COVID-19 as they come into the community
- maintain the confidentiality of COVID-19 screening records
- supervise visits with residents
- communicate with residents and family members in a professional and polite manner
- assist with other clerical duties
- maintain regular attendance in accordance with facility absence policies
