Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • ability to work flexible scheduling including Saturdays, some Sundays, and closing shifts
  • ability to pass a background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

  • Receptionist or administrative assistant experience for at least 1 year
  • proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • detail oriented
  • professional appearance
  • integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • willingness to learn and receptive to new ideas
  • ability to be a team player
  • bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
  • answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
  • assist with administrative duties including keeping accurate records, organizing files and records, managing dealer tags and inventory vehicle keys
