Job Requirements
- Must be able to work full time at the office location 8751 W Charleston Blvd
- Completion of the Fair Fee Legal Services online job application including typing assessment
- Ability to login to Google account for application process
- Bilingual in Spanish is an asset but not mandatory
- Fast typing is an asset but not required
- Must be willing to commute or relocate to Las Vegas NV 89117
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work in person at the specified location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to manage scheduling and payment processing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Answering a high volume of calls and text messages and emails and responding to voicemails
- Greeting and seating clients in a timely manner
- Scheduling appointments and taking payments and preparing bankruptcy forms
- Maintaining general upkeep of the front office and waiting area
- Providing prompt and professional service to clients
- Managing client communications accurately
- Ensuring a welcoming environment for clients
