Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work full time at the office location 8751 W Charleston Blvd
  • Completion of the Fair Fee Legal Services online job application including typing assessment
  • Ability to login to Google account for application process
  • Bilingual in Spanish is an asset but not mandatory
  • Fast typing is an asset but not required
  • Must be willing to commute or relocate to Las Vegas NV 89117
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to work in person at the specified location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to manage scheduling and payment processing
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Answering a high volume of calls and text messages and emails and responding to voicemails
  • Greeting and seating clients in a timely manner
  • Scheduling appointments and taking payments and preparing bankruptcy forms
  • Maintaining general upkeep of the front office and waiting area
  • Providing prompt and professional service to clients
  • Managing client communications accurately
  • Ensuring a welcoming environment for clients
