Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • one year clerical support or telephonic experience preferably in customer service or call center
  • proficiency in English language speaking, reading, and writing
  • ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, family members, and co-workers
  • professional conduct at all times
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to solve problems using good judgment
  • positive demeanor and strong multi-tasking abilities
  • strong organization and detail orientation
  • professional handling of confidential and sensitive information
  • proficient computer skills for documentation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service

  • perform ad hoc administrative duties and support office operations
  • sort and distribute mail and manage office supplies
  • collaborate with management to uphold patient and visitor interaction standards
  • maintain a professional and organized work area consistent with hospital policies
