- minimum two years clerical or receptionist experience
- knowledge of office procedures

- proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Job Duties
- Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate locations
- assists visitors with general inquiries
- responds to information requests and routes to the correct personnel
- answers and directs telephone calls
- maintains confidential files and records
- coordinates events, appointments, and scheduling
- supports meetings with logistical needs
- tracks deadlines and verifies reporting accuracy
- manages office email inbox and communication distribution
- serves as backup to Executive Office Manager
- handles incoming and outgoing mail
- prepares and types correspondence
- copies and distributes documents
- updates spreadsheets and databases
- organizes and archives information
- orders and maintains office supplies
- adheres to customer service standards
- performs related assigned duties
