Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in administrative support
- Ability to work from the designated office location in Little Rock
- Reliable and non-disruptive attendance
- Ability to create and maintain collegial working relationships
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Successful completion of criminal background check and sex offender registry check
Job Qualifications
- Formal education equivalent to a high school diploma
- Minimum of three years experience in administrative support
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary front desk representative and first point of contact for students and visitors
- Provide assistance with building access and directions to classrooms
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages
- Support departments with program implementation, educational initiatives, and training
- Archive class documents and perform administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Maintain an organized and clean shared workspace
- Foster a professional and student-focused environment
