Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least three years of administrative support experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Maintain reliable and non-disruptive attendance
- Work onsite at the Criminal Justice Institute in Little Rock
- Provide proof of legal authority to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Formal education equivalent to a high school diploma
- Minimum of three years of experience in administrative support
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain an organized workspace
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary front desk representative and first point of contact for students and visitors
- Provide assistance with building access, directions, and essential information
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages
- Support departments with implementation of programs, projects, and educational initiatives
- Archive class documents and perform administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized and clean shared workspace
- Foster collegial and harmonious working relationships
