Job Duties
- Welcome patients, families, and vendors with a friendly and positive demeanor
- Manage a multi-line phone system-answering inquiries, taking detailed messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain the visitor sign-in log, check visitors in, and provide directions or escorts to specific destinations
- Assist the Admissions team with clerical tasks, document preparation, and scheduling appointments to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, manage meeting room bookings, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional
- Maintain the highest standards of HIPAA compliance, protecting all resident and facility information with total discretion
