Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two plus years of related administrative, receptionist, or office support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Ability to write clear, professional correspondence
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to apply judgment in routine and standardized situations

Job Duties
- Greet and assist on-site guests and visitors
- Announce visitors and determine the nature of their visit
- Interact regularly with Store Support Center team members and senior leadership
- Support nameplate, employee Power Card, and house account card processes including creating and maintaining order files, creating nameplates for new team members, and loading card numbers
- Provide administrative support for HR systems
- Respond to team member requests and route inquiries to appropriate partners
- Schedule and coordinate standard and ad hoc meetings
- Support executive calendars as needed
- Perform other duties to support a guest-focused culture
